You will receive the pick-up time 1-2 days before your departure. Please ask for it at the hotel reception or contact us with your booking number ready.

• Make sure your luggage is complete and take your personal belongings from the hotel safe.
• You should keep valuables, passports, medicines, visas and airline tickets in your hand luggage.
• Please settle the bill for extra services you may have used in time at your hotel.
• Please wait at the following pick-up point approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. We make every effort to be on time.
