Description

We’ll start this day by driving to Higüey, where, in addition to a tour of the streets, we’ll visit the largest and most important church in the country, the Basilica of La Altagracia. Take your camera in hand and get ready to capture incredible panoramas and typical Dominican villages. Along the road you will see schools and many famous “colmados”.

Drive through a sugar cane plantation and learn how the sugar cane is harvested and processed into the best Dominican rum.

This tour would not be complete without seeing how a master craftsman rolls the best Dominican cigars.

To finish this trip, you will visit a local family in their home. Their smiles will invite you to visit their farm and coffee plantation. Also, take a moment to taste the real cacao and many exotic fruits. This cultural immersion is definitely the highlight of your vacation. During the day you can enjoy some of the best Dominican dishes. The comments are unanimous: we serve the best lunch on an excursion! To end the day, soak in the beautiful Macau beach, catch a wave on a boogie board, or just sip on a Cuba Libre.

Zip Line Tour

Visit the first Zip Line Tour in the Dominican Republic, built by one of the most experienced Zip Lines track builders in Costa Rica and certified by the ACCT (Association for Chal-lenge Courses technology). Enjoy the beautiful scenery and interesting culture on the 45 minute ride to our facility.

Monkeyland

To conclude your adventure, take a 45-minute guided tour of Monkeyland, where you can interact up close with our beautiful and friendly squirrel monkeys. These charming and intelligent monkeys were shaped by a Canadian couple with more than 35 years of experience working with animals, including 12 years at the Toronto Zoo, where they taught the monkeys to trust humans and enjoy their company.

You will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail. This is your excursion ticket. Please show it at the time of pickup.

When will my payment be debited?

Your PayPal account will be debited immediately. If the provider cancels your booking on site, the booking amount will be refunded immediately and of course without additional costs to the account you used.
